Exchanges and Store Credit

If you would like to exchange your item for something else from our collection, we’re happy to help! You can use the value of your existing piece as credit toward a new item of your choice. Please contact us to discuss the options available to you.

Returns

We gladly accept returns on jewelry purchases, subject to a quick quality check. We will repurchase your item for the original purchase price, minus applicable costs such as:

- Taxes
- Credit card processing fees
- Shipping charges

Please note that for returns, we will also charge a return fee based on the cost of shipping the merchandise to you. The return shipping fee varies depending on the value of the item being returned.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be:

- In its original condition, unworn, and undamaged

- Returned within 30 days of the original purchase date

- In its original packaging (including any certificates or documents provided at the time of sale)

We reserve the right to decline a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned jewelry, we will process your refund. Please note:

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as discussed with the customer on a case-by-case basis. 

- Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process.
